Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CyberForsyth website and your purchase of our technology support products and services. By visiting our site, buying a plan, or receiving support, you agree to these Terms.
Who we are
CyberForsyth provides remote and text-first technology support for individuals, families, and small businesses. You can reach us at (404) 721-2705 or support@cyberforsyth.com.
Services
We offer one-time support sessions and subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Support may include troubleshooting, device setup guidance, software help, security checkups, and secure remote assistance.
We will make a reasonable effort to resolve your issue. Some problems may require manufacturer support, hardware repair, software licensing, or actions only you can authorize. We do not guarantee that every issue can be fixed in a single session.
Purchases and payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the selected product or subscription. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel a subscription by contacting us before the next billing date. Canceled subscriptions remain active through the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and a good-faith description of the problem.
- Back up important data before remote support when possible. We are not responsible for data loss that occurs despite reasonable care.
- Only request support for devices and accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not use our services for unlawful activity, harassment, or attempts to circumvent security controls.
Remote access
If remote support is needed, we will only connect with your permission. You may end a remote session at any time. We access only what is needed to diagnose and resolve the issue you described.
Refunds
Refund and return eligibility is described in our Refund and Return Policy.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials belonging to CyberForsyth remain our property. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberForsyth disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that support will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberForsyth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
